Welcome the turning of the season with a deeply restorative Spring Equinox Community Sound Bath being hosted by Ai Yuasa-Green at the beautiful Atahana Event Center.
The Spring Equinox is a moment of balance, awakening, and new beginnings. This experience is designed to help you align with that energy—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and open to the possibilities of the season.  As day and night come into balance, take this time to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the light of spring.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal and anything else that you may need for your comfort.
