Parade of Lights

Bigfork, Montana’s Christmas Village, is where the holiday season comes alive. Mark your calendars for the first Saturday of December when the town illuminates with the Parade of Lights. 

The 2023 Parade of Lights theme is “A Totally Awesome 80s Christmas”

Come early to indulge in some holiday shopping. The village itself is transformed into a magical winter wonderland by the Bigfork Elves, who skillfully string lights and garlands throughout.  The downtown stores will be open late so grab a hot chocolate and enjoy the beautifully adorned storefronts. 

The Parade of Lights begins at 6 pm and culminates with the arrival of Santa Claus himself. After the parade, Santa welcomes children of all ages at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts. Take the opportunity to share your Christmas wishes and capture that special moment with Santa before catching the annual holiday performance of “A Touch of Christmas” at 7:30 pm.
