Learn how to read tracks and sign to determine the movements and behaviors of animals in the Swan Valley and beyond. Start with an informational lecture and overview of techniques. The rest of the day will be spent in the field with Swan Valley native and SVC conservation director Luke Lamar, putting those techniques into practice. You will become familiar with gait patterns and how to measure the stride (length) and straddle (width) between tracks.
