UPLIFT: Wellness Community Lounge – No Pre-Registration Required!
Come join us at The Nook for a night of introduction into different healing modalities by wonderful wellness practitioners in our community!
This monthly event is held every first Thursday, to highlight and support the holistic wellness community in the Flathead Valley.
- 5:30-6pm-This event will begin with a free mini-workshop/lecture on how to select and play your own singing bowl by Ai Yuasa-Green.
- 6-8pm- Personalized pop-up mini sessions will be provided by:
- Sound Lounge Session by The Nook at Bigfork Bay
- Reiki Session by Paula Rafferty – Peace Within Healing Arts
- Massage by Nittaya Davis- Flathead Lake Therapeutic Massage/Thai Yoga Massage
- Herbal Medicine & Holistic Wellness Education by Kelsi Plante – Medicine Hive
- IV Therapy by Rachel Larsen, RN – Salt Hydration & Wellness
Our goal at The Nook is to promote the integration of natural and holistic wellness as a lifestyle choice by encouraging organic connections between wellness practitioners and the local community while enjoying the company of each other.
