Tamarack Time!
Bring your best family recipe—or simply bring your appetite—to Tamarack Time, Bigfork’s community food competition and downtown tasting. Local cooks compete in 13 categories while the public follows the tasting trail through downtown and samples the entries for just $5.
ENTER A DISH
No advance registration is required. Prepare a standard recipe and deliver it to the appropriate category table by noon. The Chamber provides the tasting and serving supplies. Judging takes place from 12:15–12:45 p.m., and winners receive ribbons and bragging rights.
COME TASTE
Public tasting runs from 1–2 p.m. Guest passes are $5 and available in front of the Bigfork Art & Cultural Center.
WANT TO HELP?
Volunteers are needed to chair food categories, receive entries and serve samples during the public tasting.
