Swan Legacy Forest Tour and Volunteer Workday

Please join us for a tour and volunteer workday on the Swan Legacy Forest (SLF).
The SLF is a 160-acre property owned and managed by Swan Valley Connections in the heart of Condon. SVC plans to utilize the property as a demonstration area to display exemplary forest stewardship via workshops, tours, and classes for the benefit of students, landowners, and community members.”
10:00AM-12:00PM Property and Current Forest Management Project Tour
12:00PM-4:00PM Volunteer Workday
Possible (weather-dependent) volunteer projects include: Burning slash piles, seeding accesss road, and installing gate.
Meet at the Swan Valley Community Hall and bring clothing for the weather, work gloves, eye protection, lunch/snacks, and water. Everyone is welcome!
