Our (24th year!) season opening day at The Laughing Horse! Join us for Brunch 9am – 1pm with music by Second Wind OR Supper 5pm to 8pm…by reservation. Relax amongst the flowers on the patio (weather permitting) or in the main dining room enjoying live music, a delectable menu, and a Welcome Spring Cocktail Menu. Brunch is ala carte and will include classic favorites such as our Provence-style Omelet brimming with Morels, Havarti and herbs from the garden and Huckleberry Peach Pancakes; as well as a decadent to-be-shared Caviar & Blini Service with Iced Vodka (vegan and GF dishes available). Supper will be from our not-to-be-messed-with menu of classics such as house-aged, all natural steaks from 44 Ranch, double-Frenched Pork Chops with Kate’s Stone Fruit Chutney and our savory Mediterranean Fisherman’s Stew; with specials of Saffron Soba Noodle Cake with seared Berkshire Pork and Thai Basil Aioli, and Elk Shank Osso Bucco on Cavatappi.
At the Horse, we embrace a more gracious style of dining…your reservation is for the evening, and your dining pace is set by you. So come to the Horse to relax and reconnect with family and friends.
Public dining is available Thursday through Monday evenings, 5pm to 8pm. Parties of 6 or more require a credit card on file. New this year! A semi-private, al fresco dining area for parties up to 14.
Want an even more memorable experience? Groups of 12 or more may reserve a private dining experience in the garden on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Contact Chef Kathleen to create a custom menu for your special event.
