Report on Afghanistan Series at United Methodist Church

In our continuing ‘Did You Know’ monthly series, the Bigfork Community United Methodist church at 750 Electric Avenue, presents Budd MacKenzie of Trust in Education, on Monday July 18th, 7:00 pm.

“Trust in Education (TIE) has provided aid to Afghan children and families for over 18 years. When the Taliban seized control last August, founder Budd Mackenzie feared his work was over. Instead, it has grown. Learn more about the incredible and important work TIE is doing – from providing education to girls to ensuring poverty stricken families can feed and house their children. You will be more informed about the realities of sharia law, the needs of the Afghan people, and what you can do to help.”
