Outdoor Yoga with Krista at The Nest on Swan River

Please join me under the outdoor pavilion at The Nest on Swan River for a gentle flowing yoga class. Imagine practicing yoga immersed in nature with the beautiful Swan River just steps away. It is not to be missed! I have been teaching in the valley for almost 20 years and I am very comfortable teaching to all levels. Class will be held rain or shine. Please bring a mat if you have one, otherwise there will be some to borrow. See you soon!
