Over 35 vendors will show you how to eat healthier without giving up chocolate, have fun while exercising, new and exciting health promotion practices, how to maximize your vision, improve your skin care, better invest your cashola so you can afford health care when you need it, and how to deal with troubling emotions. Attendees will have the opportunity to give the Senior Center a cash donation for beverages and a multitude of delicious homemade soups for lunch.

Attendees who fill out their vendor bingo cards will be eligible to enter a drawing for all things BEAR, or healthy red wine and other prize baskets.

This is an interactive fair where you will have the opportunity to pull the pin and spray a fire extinguisher, use bear spray, get a chair massage and maybe even get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked.
