Garden Focaccia Workshop

Join us for the Garden Focaccia Workshop on June 14th, from 5pm-6pm, at The Nook at Bigfork Bay.

Bee’s Knees Mercantile is collaborating with The Wild Daisy to bring you the Garden Focaccia Workshop, an immersive culinary experience focusing on the combination of sourdough focaccia with fresh vegetables, herbs, and infused oils.

Each participant begins with a pan of raw focaccia dough, then customizes it to their taste with their choice of slow-infused olive oils (Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and fresh garlic), as well as a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs. Participants can take and bake the garden focaccia at the comfort of their homes or freeze until needed.

We invite you to join us around the table and indulge your culinary senses. Freshly baked focaccia and refreshments will be available during the workshop as you work your dough!

All ingredients and materials included. Baking instructions will also be provided.
