Free Avalanche Awareness Class At Andy’s Crafthouse

Join the Friends of the Flathead Avalanche Center for a free, community focused evening designed to help you stay safe and confident in the backcountry this winter.

This event is completely free, open to all recreationists, and requires no registration.  Doors open at 6 p.m.

Whether you’re heading into the mountains for hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, or hiking, this session will help you make informed decisions before and during your adventures. Learn essential skills, understand current avalanche conditions, and get practical tips for navigating winter terrain.

Bring a friend, your questions, and your winter stoke. This is a great way to start the season educated, prepared, and connected with your community.
