Bear Awareness Presentation

Join Swan Valley Bear Resources, Bear Aware Bigfork, and Danielle Oyler, MT FWP Stewardship Outreach Specialist, at the VFW in Bigfork for a Bear Awareness presentation and a hands-on bear spray training! Danielle will be covering some basic bear biology, preventing bear encounters, handling bear encounters, and how to use bear spray (with inert cans).

We’ll have a charging bear demo there for practice following the presentation.

This event is free and open to all! 75 person max. Pre-registration is required.  (Bear spray practice limited to first 50 participants who register!)
