Auditions for Madagascar the Musical

The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre (BPCT) is excited to announce auditions for its upcoming production of Madagascar! This next breakout show is sure to get you to Move it Move it! The hit Dreamworks movie takes to the stage with dazzling musical numbers and animals galore! It’s going to be a real zoo!
Auditions will be held on Tuesday, January 6th at the Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre Center, located at 833 Grand Dr, Bigfork, MT. Students in grades 2 and 3 will audition from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, while students in grades 4 through 6 will audition from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
Please prepare a 30 second monologue or short selection from another play or book. Plan to learn and sing something at the audition. Wear comfortable shoes that you can move and dance in. No experience? No problem! We will have materials at the theatre for you should you need them. BPCT welcomes all young performers who are eager to step into the world of theatre and be part of an exciting, ensemble-driven production.
Performance Dates are January 30 and 31 at 7:30, February 1 at 2:00, and February 7 and 8 at 7:30.
Not interested in stage work but would like to be involved? Give us a call! We need help with the technical parts – building sets, props, costumes, lights and

The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theater hopes you will join our characters as they travel from the Big Apple of New York City all the way to the island of Madagascar. Madagascar, the Musiacal is sure to bring out the party animal in audiences of all ages!
