A pre-holiday art show is coming to Bigfork on Friday, December 16th, 5-9 pm. Featuring oil paintings by local artist, Shana Smith. Come see these one of a kind pieces at Whistling Andy’s new location:
Shana Smith is a Montana born, full-time artist, who travels the country painting. While exploring the potential of all mediums, her work includes a growing variety of styles, subject matter and color compositions. Primarily working as an oil painter, she’s equally known for her public works throughout the PNW; and creating theme park aesthetics worldwide. Since beginning her travels she has not had a public showing of her work in her home area of the Flathead Valley. Most often recognized for large scale colorful bison paintings, her current explorations include playing with light, color and composition, while adding a variety of landscapes to her body of work.
