‘Tis the season to bundle up and join the Bigfork Holiday Parade of Lights! This year’s theme, Let it Snow, is inspired by the Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre’s production of White Christmas. Bigfork, Montana’s Christmas Village, is where the holiday season comes alive. Mark your calendars for the first Saturday of December when the town illuminates with the Parade of Lights.
Bring the family to stroll around our charming Christmas Village, visit local shops, and grab a hot drink before finding a cozy spot for the parade. The magic begins at 6:00 pm and wraps up with a special arrival of Santa at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts. Santa will be available for photos until 8:00 pm, so don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the memories!
The Parade of Lights is a cherished, small-town celebration, and we hope everyone enjoys a safe and family-friendly evening. Please note that roads will be closed starting at 5:30pm.
Join us for a night filled with lights, joy, and festive cheer as we celebrate Bigfork’s Christmas spirit!
Come early to enjoy some holiday shopping. The village itself is transformed into a magical winter wonderland by the Bigfork Elves, who skillfully string lights and garlands throughout. The downtown stores will be open late so grab a hot chocolate and enjoy the beautifully adorned storefronts.
The Parade of Lights begins at 6 pm and culminates with the arrival of Santa Claus himself. After the parade, Santa welcomes children of all ages at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts. Take the opportunity to share your Christmas wishes and capture that special moment with Santa before catching the annual holiday performance of “A Touch of Christmas” at 7:30 pm.
