Fire Cider Workshop, 10am-12pm, Cost – $36
Fire Cider has been widely used over the years as a traditional herbal tonic or “oxymel” by actively supporting your immune system and stimulating digestion for cold and flu season whilst warming the body with fire-y ingredients during cold months ahead. This immersive workshop focuses on the basics of Fire Cider preparation, a combination of antioxidant-packed alliums, peppers, warming spices, roots, and kitchen herbs. Each participant will help process the individual ingredients and take home a quart jar of fire cider, as well as a pre-made sample of fire cider to enjoy while their batch infuses.
