DESCRIPTION:Weekly Sound Meditation\nAs part of The Nook’s donation-based offerings\, the Community Sound Meditation is guided by Ai Yuasa-Green on Wednesdays from 8:30am to 9am. By utilizing a variety of sound healing techniques and traditional instruments\, this mini session is intended to help you set the tone for the week and support your physical\, emotional\, and spiritual well-being.  \nMeditators of all levels are welcomed to include Community Sound Meditation as a part of your wellness routine! \nTo deepen your relaxation\, The Nook provides self-serve blankets\, bolsters\, and yoga mats for the duration of the meditation. Simply come as you are or consider bringing your own props to add to your comfort along with a water bottle to keep hydrated. DESCRIPTION:Come join us at The Nook for a night of introduction into different healing modalities by wonderful wellness practitioners in our community!\nThis monthly event is held every first Thursday\, to highlight and support the holistic wellness community in the Flathead Valley. \n*5:30-6pm-This event will begin with a free mini-workshop/lecture featuring a local wellness expert who will share their expertise on Chi Nei Tsang Internal Organ Massage.\n*6-8pm- Personalized pop-up mini sessions will be provided by participating wellness practitioners for a special event price to those interested. \nOur goal at The Nook is to promote the integration of natural and holistic wellness as a lifestyle choice by encouraging organic connections between wellness practitioners and the local community while enjoying the company of each other. \nNo Pre-Registration Required!
