If you aren’t familiar with her\, Cris is a literal Hall of Famer (Dame Hall of Fame\, 2016) and spent over a decade leading the apprentice program at Tales of the Cocktail. She’s a WSET Level 3 expert and basically a walking encyclopedia of spirits. \nIt’s not every day you get to sit down in Bigfork and learn from someone with 25 years of experience at this level.
