DESCRIPTION:Join us for an informative presentation by Coby Gierke\, Executive Director of the Flathead Lakers. Learn about the history of the Flathead Lakers and their long-standing mission to protect clean water\, healthy ecosystems\, and quality of life throughout the Flathead Watershed since 1958. \nCoby will discuss the organization’s current conservation projects\, education and advocacy efforts\, and the vision for maintaining a clean\, healthy Flathead Lake for future generations. Drawing on more than 15 years of leadership in environmental conservation\, Gierke brings extensive experience in public policy\, community engagement\, and watershed protection. \nAttendees are invited to bring their own lunch while learning about the important work being done to preserve one of Montana’s most treasured natural resources.
