You will learn about gauge\, ease\, seaming\, button bands and all the tips and tricks that make your project fit better and have a professional finish. This class includes a full sweater measurement prior to class. \nEach session is packed full of information and hands-on learning that can be applied to other projects as well. There will be homework between each class and drop-in help is available each Thursday 11-1p at the shop. \nSkill level: Advanced Beginner knitter – must be comfortable with knitting\, purling\, increasing and decreasing. \nJanuary 14th 2-4pm    Session 1: Understanding gauge\, ease and fit. DESCRIPTION:The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theater invites you to watch NIGHT AT THE WAX MUSEUM – a comedy of historical proportion – on January 27 & 28\, February 3\, 4\, 5\nThe hysterical meets the historical in this comic romp through the wackiest wax museum in history! School’s out for summer\, but not for six unlucky students who don’t know much about history — they have to re-take the class in summer school. First year teacher Heather Fairchild has arranged for them to help her two aunts set up a new wax museum as a class project. Though the students’ eyes glaze over with boredom\, there’s a twinkle in the wax figures’ eyes when a mysterious incantation from the back of Cleopatra’s bracelet brings them to life! King Henry VIII\, Cleopatra\, Anne Boleyn\, Butch Cassidy\, Calamity Jane\, pirates and more. All have returned and are looking for something. DESCRIPTION:About Annie’s art and workshop style:\nLearning and FUN are Annie’s most important goals for her workshops.  Annie cultivates creativity and expression from all of her students from beginners to advanced artists.\nAnnie’s workshops are founded in the concept that flow allows freedom to occur while creating. There are several techniques that Annie will use to loosen up students’ creativity\, including blind contour doodling and drawing to music. These exercises will lead to experimentation through the use of water and pouring paint (which consists of dyes and acrylics).
