When you arrive\, you’ll receive a Bingo card. Throughout the event\, visit various stations to learn details of the VA loan program and collect stamps on your bingo card. DESCRIPTION:Calling all Actors – young or old. Don’t be a Scrooge……..or maybe you’d like to be one. The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theater invites students and Adults – grades 3 and up\, and Adults (any age) to audition for Holiday production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Set in the 1980’s\, this retelling of the Charles Dickens classic will have new life\, new music\, a ‘gnarly’ 80’s flair\, a visit to his past in the 50’s and several iconic 80’s personalities. Don’t be a dweeb-o-rama\, come audition for A Totally Awesome Christmas Carol!\nAuditions will be held at the Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre Building (833 Grand Dr) on Tuesday\, November 14th from 4:30-5:30 PM for 3rd – 4th grades\, 5:30-6:30 PM for 5th through 7th grades and 6:30-8:30 PM for 8th grade through Adult.\nThis production calls for a large cast of around 55. It costs nothing to audition and there is a $60 participation fee if you are cast in the show. (Scholarships available) Please prepare a 30 second Monologue or short selection from another play\, poem or book\, (we will have several at the audition if you need one) and plan to learn and sing something for us at the audition. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience\, we’ll have materials at the theatre for you. Wear comfortable shoes that you can move in\, as we will be moving around the stage.\nNot interested in stage work but would like to be involved? Give us a call! We need help with the technical parts – building sets\, props\, costumes\, lights and sound. Parental and student assistance is welcome.
