Her talk will be on “Montana’s Hidden Owls: Three Decades of Research and Discovery.” \nDid you know that Montana has more species of owl than any other state? The Owl Research Institute is based out of Charlo\, Montana and has been dedicated to studying these elusive birds since 1988. Beth Mendelsohn has been an owl and raptor researcher for over 10 years. Her work incorporates extensive field work with conservation\, genetics\, and outreach.
