This amateur food competition is open to the public and invites the Flathead Valley to come down and enjoy this great event and the great food! Hosted in the fall\, this event takes place along Electric Avenue in Downtown Bigfork annually. \nDrop off your favorite dish in one of the 13 categories by noon for judging. The tasting opens to the public at 1 pm\, and your $5 ticket lets you sample all the entries. Hungry yet? \nWant to get involved in Tamarack Time!? There are three fantastic ways to do it! \nChair a food category! Help make Tamarack Time! a success by ralling your friends\, family\, and strangers to submit a dish in that category. The day all you need to do is man the table\, with a couple volunteers you recruit\, to receive the entries and serve tastings to the public. \nBe a judge! Cleanse your palate and sharpen your taste buds and get ready to dive into Bigfork’s finest homemade culinary delights. DESCRIPTION:The Social Hour Comedy Presents a night of entertainment in the Cellar at the Flathead Lake Brewing Co. Pubhouse\, with headliner Xander Beltran\, featuring Esau Hamadanyan.\n\nXander Beltran has a laid-back delivery\, character creation\, impressions and animated act-outs make for incredible comedy. He won the 2018 Cobb’s Comedy Competition\, was a Finalist at the 2019 House of Comedy’s Funniest Person contest and was recently a semi-finalist in the prestigious SF International Comedy Competition. He’s been seen on Hulu\, PBS\, Late Night on Fox and more. \n\n\nThe Cellar will open at 6:30pm\, the show will start at 7:30pm. The Cellar will be serving drinks and offering the full Pubhouse menu from our main kitchen. Food will be available to order from 6:30 to 8pm. \n\nWe have several tables available + bar seating.
