We will work with two different plants to achieve beautiful colors you can use in any of your yarn projects. Is it magic? Is it science? Maybe both. You will go home from this beginner’s class with several skeins of yarn\, a list of resources\, and the knowledge to get started\, We will discuss ethical foraging\, record keeping\, and foraging. \nNancy Kaumeyer is a local fiber artist. She enjoys foraging plants and dyeing fibers for her work or just for the fun of it. She is a retired teacher who taught fiber and dyeing to her young students. Now she is working with adults. She has given workshops in the area\, including the Center For Native Plants.
