DESCRIPTION:Join Swan Valley Bear Resources\, Bear Aware Bigfork\, and Danielle Oyler\, MT FWP Stewardship Outreach Specialist\, at the VFW in Bigfork for a Bear Awareness presentation and a hands-on bear spray training! Danielle will be covering some basic bear biology\, preventing bear encounters\, handling bear encounters\, and how to use bear spray (with inert cans). \nWe’ll have a charging bear demo there for practice following the presentation. \nThis event is free and open to all! 75 person max. Pre-registration is required.  (Bear spray practice limited to first 50 participants who register!) \n
