We’re celebrating a new decade with a roaring twenties inspired brewer’s dinner at the Flathead Lake Brewing Co. Pubhouse. Join us for a four course beer pairing dinner hosted by FLBC brewers! Come learn more about our brewing process and the styles that will be featured during dinner. Tickets are $55 per person, including gratuity. Get your tickets in advance by stopping in the FLBC Pubhouse or calling 406-837-2004. Dress for the occasion and make sure to get your ticket by February 4th!

First Course
Traditional French Onion Soup Topped with Melted Gruyère Cheese
Paired with Montana Light Kölsch-Style Ale

Second Course
A Red Wine Poached Pear Filled with Cambozola Cheese
Paired with Moonlight Paddle Kettle Sour

Third Course
Baked Halibut in a White Wine Cream Sauce Served with Broccolini and Cilantro Lime Jasmine Rice

Lamb Shank with a Roasted Vegetable Purée Served with Broccolini and Homemade Mashed Potatoes
Paired with Sunshower Blood Orange Wheat

Fourth Course
Oreo Ice Box Cake Served in a Martini Glass
Paired with Rising Sun Espresso Porter
