Bring deep rest and relaxation to your mind, body, and spirit with this gentle restorative practice. Holly will guide you through seated and reclined poses held for 3-5 minutes each. Blocks, blankets and straps will support you as you breathe deeply in each pose. Enjoy seasonally inspired readings, soothing music, and thoughtfully selected essential oils.
