Restorative Yoga with Holly
Sunday May 19th
Embrace the lengthening days and the coming of summer with this restorative and nourishing practice. Bring deep rest and relaxation to your mind, body, and spirit. Holly will guide you through seated and reclined poses held for 3-5 minutes each. Blocks, blankets and straps will support you as you breathe deeply in each pose. Enjoy seasonally inspired readings, soothing music, and thoughtfully selected essential oils. Drop-in $15 OR use your punch card/membership.
