Yoga is for EVERY BODY
This special yoga class is an introduction to the gentle style of yoga through use of props and pose variations.
Students will learn:
- how to move through sun salutations using (and possibly without using) a chair,
- practice poses using the wall
- find ways to realign posture and work with their body – regardless of injury or body type/size.
Use your membership, punch card or drop in for $15.
