Gentle Yoga for Beginners
January 12 noon-1:30 pm
This special class provides an introduction to the gentle style of yoga through use of props and pose variations.
Students will:
- learn how to move through sun salutations using (and possibly without using) a chair
- practice poses using the wall
- find ways to realign posture and work with their body – regardless of injury or body type/size.
$15.00 or use your class pass or membership.
