Yoga is for everyBODY!
Introduction to the gentle style of yoga through use of props and pose variations.
Students will learn:
1) how to move through sun salutations using (and possibly without using) a chair
2) practice poses using the wall,
3) find ways to realign posture and work with their body – regardless of injury or body type/size.
