FZV-20-02: A request from Marion & Dusti Herring for a variance to Section 3.16.040(3)(A) of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations (FCZR), to the front yard setback in for a principle structure. The property is currently zoned RC-1 (Residential Cluster) and is located within the Bigfork Zoning District. The applicant would like to reduce the front setback from 20 feet to 18 feet in order to build a single-family dwelling and attached garage on property located at 152 Bjork Drive, Bigfork, MT. The property can legally be described as Lot 62A and Lot 130 of Eagle Bend No. 12 in Section 26, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

FCU-20-13: A request from Rodney & Tia Macfarlane for a conditional use permit to build three (3) four-plex apartment buildings on property located at 190 Jewel Basin Court in Bigfork, MT within the Bigfork Zoning District. The property is zoned B-3 (Community Business) and contains approximately .81 acres that can legally be described as Lot 13 of Jewel Basin Plaza Subdivision, located in Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.

FCU-20-14: A request from Rodney & Tia Macfarlane for a conditional use permit to build two (2) four-plex apartment buildings on property located at 139 Jewel Basin Court in Bigfork, MT within the Bigfork Zoning District. The property is zoned B-3 (Community Business) and contains approximately .64 acres that can legally be described as Lot 6 of Jewel Basin Plaza Subdivision, located in Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
