V Public Comment:
FZV-20-02: A request from Marion & Dusti Herring for a variance to Section 3.16.040(3)(A) of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations (FCZR), to the front yard setback in for a principle structure. The property is currently zoned RC-1 (Residential Cluster) and is located within the Bigfork Zoning District. The applicant would like to reduce the front setback from 20 feet to 18 feet in order to build a single-family dwelling and attached garage on property located at 152 Bjork Drive, Bigfork, MT. The property can legally be described as Lot 13 of Eagle Bend No. 12 in Section 26, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
FPP-20-17: A request from Michael & Julie Thompson, with technical assistance from Sands Surveying, Inc. and 406 Engineering Inc. for preliminary plat approval of Jewel of Echo Subdivision, a proposal to create five (5) residential lots on 25.700 acres within the Bigfork Zoning District, zoned SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural). The property is located just South of 255 Echo Chalet Drive and primary access to each lot would be from an internal subdivision road accessed directly from Echo Chalet Drive. The lots would be served by individual wells and septic systems. The property can legally be described as Tract 2BC, located in Section 08, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
