A Branch Manager/Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for the direction and administration of branch operations.  Ensures established policies and procedures are followed.  Coaches subordinates to meet or exceed sales expectations in various types of situations through goal setting, one on one discussions, and sales meetings.  Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.  Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinates.  Has lending authority based on credit union policies.  Underwrites mortgage and consumer loans up to the amount assigned per credit union policy.

This position is located at our Bigfork Branch.
